Executive, Product Validation

Job Description

Collaborate with researchers and scientists in China to assist in the setup, design, and execution of swine research studies.Provide guidance and support in study design, methodology, monitoring, and data collection techniques.Initiate and lead product validation trials to demonstrate product value for new launches.Assist and guide local companies undertaking any local market product support trials to ensure that any such trials are properly designed and comply with our global technical and regulatory requirements.Assist in data analysis using statistical software and interpretation of research findings.Collaborate with researchers in the development of abstracts and manuscripts for scientific congresses and publications.Ensure compliance with submission guidelines and standards for abstracts and papers.Edit, format, and proofread abstracts and manuscripts to ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy.Coordinate with researchers to gather necessary information and revisions for abstracts and manuscripts.Stay updated with the latest developments, scientific literature, and trends in swine research to offer relevant insights and suggestions to researchers.Generate written technical information for publication or oral presentation at meetings at various levels, from internal training to customer education.Provide regional expert scientific representation at relevant meetings, congresses, and exhibitions in order to promote the technical and veterinary interests of the company and to enhance technical profile and good scientific standing.

Requirements:

A MSc and/or PhD or equivalent, and experience in the Animal Health Industry and/or Swine production are desirable.Strong knowledge and understanding of swine research, study design, and data analysisExperience in setting up and executing research studies in the swine industry.Proficient in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.Full proficiency in spoken and written English.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of research outputs.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with abstract submission and publication processes.Scientific critical thinking skills to understand and evaluate scientific literature, as well as communication skills to translate it into a comprehensible, accessible, and relevant message.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including intercultural, interpersonal, and general communication with a natural ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Availability to travelSelf-starter, able to work and manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management and leadership skills
