POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive, Resort Marketing serves as the liaison between the Marketing team and the Business Units within the resort. This role focuses on managing accounts, fostering relationships, and working closely with departments such as hotel, sales, entertainment, MICE, F&B, casino, and operations to deliver seamless and high-quality guest experiences.
The Executive will act as a main point of contact for assigned Business Units, ensuring their requirements are met while having a thorough understanding of their advertising and promotional needs, the budgets earmarked for these activities, target audience and other critical demographics, market and competitive information and other relevant details.
The role also involves working closely with the rest of the marketing team to align on branding, the creation of deliverables needed to support various campaigns, other promotional efforts and setting timelines to deliver the BU requests.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with BU representatives to align on the various needs and expectations.Prepare creative briefs and manage production processes from concept development to final product creation.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services within the resort.Develop and execute all marketing initiatives and ensure delivery is within the corporate branding guidelines of City of Dreams Mediterranean.Liaises with BUs to organize promotional events or decides on advertising material that suit their profiles and goals.Regularly follow up with BU representatives to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify business opportunities.Provide direction and collaborate with colleagues for production projects (collateral, media etc).Adheres to all departmental and company policies and procedures, including the implementation of initiatives and practices to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.QUALIFICATIONS:

Education
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area e.g., Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or any other related field.Skills / Competencies
Competent computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent understanding of branding and design.Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously without compromising quality.Excellent verbal and written communication in both Greek and English languages to convey requirements and expectations clearly.Quick and proactive in resolving concerns and interdepartmental challenges.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
