POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive, Resorts Services (Hong Kong) is responsible to operate the HK Shun Tak office including any on floor assistance to Melco VIP(s). The Executive will assist to organize marketing trips for our guests and Melco VIP(s) to participate in Melco events and promotions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retain and increase loyalty by serving as a personal contact to guests and ensure excellent customer service is deliveredLiaise with various teams to facilitate and ensure a remarkable visit for our guestsArrange hotel bookings and transportation arrangement for our guestsAssist and escort our guests onboard the transportation arrangementPromote, sell and provide assistance to guests that purchase in-house entertainment ticketsMeet and greet our guests when neededPerform tours and be familiarised with all Melco properties’ facilities and restaurantsUtilize every customer contact as an opportunity to market Melco properties, gain feedback on events and initiativesPerform other administrative work or project as assigned by the companyAdhere to and act in accordance with all established policies and procedures of the companyKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1 year experience in Customer ServicesEducation
College graduates or aboveSkills / Competencies
Hong Kong ID holderProficient in Microsoft OfficeProficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
