ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for assigned assets within the portfolio. Responsible for a yearly target and occupancy rate. Act a primary contact with existing tenants and ensure excellent customer service.

ROLE PROFILE

Accountable for meeting monthly and yearly targets for assigned assets.Act as the main contact point for customers, managing client accounts and providing excellent service.Monitor sales performance, identify low sales, and develop plans to increase sales with tenants.Prospect new retail concepts for assigned assets and maintain a database of potential clients.Ensure timely completion of renewals in assigned assets and prepare necessary documentation.Work closely with Lease Contract Management and Finance teams to ensure timely collection of documents and payments.Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, address complaints, and provide high-level service in line with established policies.Stay updated with industry trends, adhere to departmental policies, and promote the company's values within assigned areas

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience in managing Sales / Clients for short term lease / Lease Administration and Documentation activities preferably in a reputed Retail / Real Estate companies in GCC.3-5 years Experience in specaialty leasing. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
