Executive Administrative Assistant – Marketing

Location: Pala, CA

Oversees end-to-end marketing department operations, tracking deliverables and ensuring timely project completion. Partners directly with VP of Marketing to drive strategic initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of marketing project management experience Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders Advanced organizational and time management skills Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize competing demands Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proactive and self-directed work style Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Preferred: PMP certification or similar project management credentials Experience in marketing operations or agency environment Knowledge of business forecasting and budget management Background in executive support or administrative leadership
