Position Description: Provides administrative support to the Inclusion and Equity Directors
Reports To: Chief Diversity Officer
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Act as liaison between supervisor and others (i.e. Departments, internal employees, external contacts and clients, etc.).
· Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items; packages, expense reports.
· Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports and other departmental correspondence on time. Keep track of when recurrent reports are due and meetings are scheduled, including maintaining lists of recipients and/or participants.
· Process orders and reports as required and respond to requests for information.
· Set up and maintain digital files.
· Order and maintain all office supplies.
· Maintain calendars with vacation dates, schedule/confirm meeting dates, etc.
· Arrange air, hotel and car travel reservations and prepare itineraries.
· Answer phones and direct calls.
The salary for this position in NYC is estimated to be $126,000 - $161,000 annualized.
