Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Vice President & Administrator Crittenton Children’s Center and Behavioral Health Service Line. Because you will have a diverse workload, being able to manage several ongoing priorities with last minute requests will be very important.
Duties:
Manages calendars, emails, and task lists, prioritizing significant matters as neededPrepares and distributes agendas, presentations, minutes, and reports for various meetingsCoordinates Board meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and organizing catering while serving as a liaison between Board members and leadershipManages conference room calendarsCoordinates domestic travel and accommodations for leadershipOrganizes onsite events for leadership, Board members, employees, and outside organizations as neededPrepares and submits expense reports on behalf of the Vice PresidentAids clinical and non-clinical departments in the completion of various tasks and projectsMaintains digital and physical filing systemsMaintains office supply inventoryAids in the organizational preparation for regulatory surveys such as Joint CommissionCollects and organizes mail and packages for the Vice President / DirectorJob Requirements:
At least 2 years of applicable administrative experience, preferably executive / C-Suite levelQualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNoteExperience supporting Board and Board governanceResults-driven achiever with excellent organizational skillsAbility to maintain a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor at all timesAbility to maintain ongoing confidentiality of protected healthcare, operational, and other business informationExceptional listening skillsAbility to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingAbility to work in a culturally diverse environment effectivelyAbility to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workloadJob RequirementsApplicable Experience:
