Your Role:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide Executive business leadership team and Jayuya manufacturing site. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What You'll Be Doing:General office duties include, mail distribution, scanning, faxing, filling, photocopying, and ordering supplies and materials.Use of various software to design / develop presentations, scorecards, forms, etc.Create/prepare correspondence and presentations. Conduct Internet research and some web site management.Coordinate travel arrangements may have global interaction and exposure to senior levels of management.Track / report on department budgets, pro cards and others.Ability to interpret internal policies.Maintain calendars and schedule meetings / activities. Coordinate staffing activities to include interviewing, on boarding transfers.Exposure to confidential / sensitive information and policies / procedures.Provide phone coverage and redirect calls to the appropriate person.Completion of specific trainings programs such: GMP, GDP, Ethic, etc., required as a Baxter manufacturing / Quality professional.Participation on projects teams.What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required3+ years of experienceIntranet skills and strong knowledge of Power Point, Word, Excel, Access and Lotus Notes.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow with minimal supervision. Detail oriented.Must have good organization and follow-up skills.Must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with all levels of professionals, both internal and external (Spanish and English).Equal Employment Opportunity
