The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to several executives and senior-level leaders, while assisting with regular administrative tasks that support the successful operation of our main office facility. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, advanced technical proficiencies, and the ability to anticipate and address needs proactively.

Utilize advanced scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom) to manage team meetings, recurring appointments, travel schedules, and meeting workflows.Handle urgent, sensitive mailings and communications in an efficient, confidential manner.Support other administrative personnel in their duties, including primary responsibility for campus-wide mail sorting.Miscellaneous projects as provided. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.Associate’s degree or more advanced degree (or equivalent experience in lieu of education).Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.Familiarity with scheduling tools like Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and project management platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proactive in their thinking and able to problem solve effectively.The ideal candidate will be a Notary Public. Work EnvironmentThis position is Monday-Friday.
