As an Executive Administrative Assistant in the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific Equities Team, you will support our investment professionals with essential administrative tasks. You will work closely with a team of Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and high-energy setting.

 

Job Responsibilities

Manage team members' diaries, acting as a gatekeeper and main contact for inquiries. Coordinate complex travel arrangements in line with restrictive guidelines. Organize logistics for external visitors and company/broker meetings. Reconcile and process expenses and invoices efficiently. Flag issues and ensure deadlines are met. Handle technology requests through in-house systems. Support EMAP visitors in London. Onboard new employees and liaise with facility staff. Provide coverage for other team members when needed. Stay updated with audit and compliance guidelines globally.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting high-profile stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive approach with flexibility to adapt to changing demands. High levels of confidentiality and discretion. Resourceful team player with a proactive approach within the assistant community. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur.

Experience in a financial services environment. Familiarity with global business operations. Knowledge of audit and compliance processes. Experience with onboarding processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience managing complex travel arrangements.
