Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant in Frankfort, KY. Must have exceptional organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs, purchasing and accounting experience, prior experience in eMARS, and be self-motivated to work alone or in a team environment.

Schedule & Pay rate: Day shift opportunity & $ 18 an hr. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities / Required Skills:
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs and Outlook
+ Must have very excellent communications skills
+ Prior experience in eMARS is required
+ Must be a self-starter with good organization skills
+ High accountability
+ Work in a team environment
+ Communicating verbally and written with clients and customers
+ Must be able to efficiently operate all office equipment
+ Maintain files and reporting
+ Handling incoming and outgoing client calls
+ Process invoices for payment
+ Answer phones
+ Excellent customer service skills

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
