**Your Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Proactive Calendar Management** : Manage and coordinate complex, ever-changing schedules with precision, juggling multiple time zones and priorities seamlessly.
+ **Executive Support** : Take the lead in driving executive meetings, preparing agendas, consolidating presentations, and following up on actions. You'll keep executives organized and on track.
+ **Event and Project Coordination** : Bring your detail-oriented skills to life by planning and executing high-impact projects and events. From large company-wide meetings to off-site activities, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork.
+ **Travel Planning Mastery** : Arrange intricate international and domestic travel logistics. You’ll be the go-to expert, anticipating needs and ensuring every journey is smooth and cost-effective.
+ **Expense Management** : Manage expense reports with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and keeping executives on budget.
+ **Confidentiality** : You’ll be trusted with sensitive information and need to protect it at all costs.

**Qualifications:**
+ **Experience** : Associates degree or 5+ years supporting high-level executives, ideally in a marketing department within a corporate environment.
+ **Tech Savvy** : Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite and related tools.
+ **Global Travel Expertise** : Knowledge of international travel logistics and expense management practices.
+ **Marketing Experience** : A background in supporting a marketing department is a must! You’ll leverage your understanding of marketing operations to manage projects, events, and initiatives efficiently.

Available pay for this position is $36.06 per hour, plus generous PTO, Paid Holidays, and more.

**Pay Details:** $35.00 to $36.06 per hour
