The Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing a full range of office administrative support, as well as personal assistance to the CEO and Owner of City Wide Franchise Company, Jeff Oddo. In addition, the EA will assist as needed in support of the Family Office and additional executives as necessary. This support and assistance specifically includes but is not limited to, organizing and drafting emails, prioritizing and updating tasks, managing calendars, scheduling executive meetings and calls, managing voicemail and answering phone calls, tracking and executing projects, assisting with personal and family requests, booking travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other office administration. What is required... + Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s highly preferred. + 2-5 years of experience supporting administration in a high-performing workplace. + Prior preparation of reports, business presentations, and data entry preferred. + Must have excellent organizational skills and be very detail-oriented. + Ability to work with highly confidential information and work independently. + High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Task functions. + Travel requirements (10%) Benefits City Wide Facility Solutions offers a competitive compensation structure to include comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, PTO, and 401k.
