**What you’ll need to succeed as an Executive Administrative Assistant at XPO**
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 5 or more years of experience supporting a senior executive
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other related software as needed
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
+ Experience with event planning logistics
+ Comfortable with learning new software and online tools
Preferred qualifications:
+ An eye for detail, conscientiousness and thoroughness when completing work
+ Highly organized work style
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ A "no job is too big or too small" attitude

What you’ll do on a typical day:
+ Due to the critical nature of this role, this position is required to be in the office 5 days per week at our Greenwich, CT corporate location
+ Serve as the executive assistant to the global chief human resources officer
+ Offer additional support to other senior executives as needed
+ Maintain accurate calendars and prioritize important deliverables
+ Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations
+ Complete expense reports, invoicing and external billing for suppliers
+ Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Collaborate with others to organize various team events
+ Lead various engagement activities for the corporate office
+ Provide backup support to other administrative professionals in the office during their absences or vacations\#PIQ
