The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation (S&T) seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant to support all facets of the daily business for multiple executive leaders in the areas of Digital Technology, Strategic Programs & Partnership Management.

What You Will Do

Hybrid Mon-Fri work week must include working minimum 3 days in the Farmington office.

Manage the executives' calendars, schedule all internal and external meetings, and setup video and audio conferencing when required.

Represent executives to other senior officials both within and outside the organization in a positive and professional manner.

Maintain an overall awareness of the executives' business activities, and anticipate the needs that are associated with each meeting / event.

Project management to include but not limited to compiling special reports, presentations, and organization charts.

Prepare executives for daily calendar and activities including prioritization of meetings, advising on potential calendar/ event/ corporate issues, and preparing all necessary documents and meeting materials.

Plan, coordinate and execute in person group events.

Answer incoming phone calls; determine purpose of callers and `gate keep' for executives as necessary.

Protect operations by keeping information confidential and routed only to appropriate areas.

Support visitor requests for meetings as required.

Coordinate travel arrangements point-to-point and associated logistics.

Prepare, process, review, and submit expense reports with timely submission.

Qualifications You Must Have

Associate's degree (AA/AS) with at least 6 years of experience in executive or customer support

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management abilities  

Highly detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating leadership team needs

Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities  

U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person required as role may involve visibility to ITAR-related projects.

The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
