Responsible for providing high level administrative support for the Real Estate Capital, Credit Portfolio Management, and Risk Management Information & Reporting teams, as well as other teams within Credit Risk Management, as needed. Provides in-depth administrative support for the Real Estate Capital Senior Credit Executive. Manages day-to-day office operations for the Credit Risk team that includes a high volume of competing priorities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Manage executives’ calendars and coordinate all meeting details accurately and independentlyReview executives’ email and take appropriate action using sound judgement, including elevation of priority items to executiveCoordinate with other Assistants to ensure a functioning office environment for Credit Risk teamCoordinate travel for supported teamsHandle administrative tasks as delegated by executive and team, including creation and approval of expense reports, pay and time approvals, access requests, and other system requirements.Maintain team resources housed on SharePoint, Teams, and other shared access pointsOversee and coordinate various corporate projects and all aspects of eventsProvide support for special assignments and analytical projects; establish objectives, set and adjust priorities, manage time efficiently, gain cooperation and participation from others through effective collaboration, monitor and report progress, problem-solving and implementing plans.Improve processes and procedures by evaluating current state and investigating best practice options for better efficiencies and effectiveness.Keep updated on Corporate HR and Systems initiatives and keep teams updated as needed. Coordinate any needed transitions associated with initiatives.Provide back-up support for other Assistants within the organization and share best practicesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years in an administrative support role for executive level managementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TeamsHigh level of professionalism, adaptable and conscientiousSafeguard confidential information and keen awareness of corporate Risk initiativesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
