The executive administrative partner will support Lenovo executives and is responsible for keeping the organization running smoothly and effectively in a complex global environment.
The successful candidate for this role will be able to manage complex, multi-time zone travel and meeting scheduling as well as coordinating off-site activities. To excel in this role, the candidate will need to be able to manage confidential information. This individual will be responsible for all administrative needs including but not limited to handling complex travel arrangements, expense reporting, managing complex calendars, documentation (including memo's, emails and other communication), and additional projects which may be assigned.

Associates Degree or combined 3+ years of experience supporting executives in a corporate environmentProficient in MS Office 365 SuitePreferred Qualifications:
