With the data explosion and new investment in semiconductors, it’s an exciting place to be. **Role** We are seeking a highly competent, detail oriented, resourceful and motivated individual to provide executive administrative support for the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Legal team, and Global Strategy & Ops team in Applied Materials Legal and Compliance Organization. The successful candidate will be outgoing, collaborative, and proactive and have demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills. This highly organized individual must discreetly handle details of a confidential and critical nature and interact comfortably and skillfully within and outside the company, including with members of our Board of Directors, visitors and vendors. S/he will be expected to effectively resolve time sensitive issues with professionalism and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. S/he must demonstrate the ability to credibly and competently interact with other administrative assistants and managers within and outside of Applied Materials Legal and Compliance Organization. The individual will be expected to apply flexibility and sound judgment in a changing environment to execute tasks with minimal direction and to work both independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced, stimulating, and collegial environment. This individual will be expected to plan, organize, and execute various projects as needed from time to time, so previous project management experience is desired. **Key Responsibilities** + Executive-leveladministrativesupport,including managing calendar,travel coordinationandexpensereportingforteam members,email communications,and meeting/eventplanning and management + Coordinateteam meetings and activities, assist with meeting agendas and track action itemsforfollow-up + Schedule Board/Committeemeetings,coordinatetravelarrangementsfor Board members, and coordinatenew Directoronboarding + Prepare Board/Committee materials and post them on Board portal + Track and process payments to Board membersand assist with maintenanceofBoard and Committeerecordsand calendars + Prepare andmanage newvendorrequests and purchase orders + Assist with coordination and tracking of keyteamdata(budgets,projects, timelines,etc.), related coordination with Finance,AccountsPayable, Information Technologyand otherinternal teams + Assist with team members’preparation of PowerPointpresentations(including theincorporation of graphics,spreadsheets, and pictures,video,etc.), Word and Exceldocuments, + General officedutiesincluding management of officesupplies, maintenanceofconfidential records and files in accordancewithinternalcompanyprocedures and affixing the corporate seal + Manage and executespecial projectsand group task lists, as needed/assigned **Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Education** At Applied Materials, Make Possible® is about unlocking new opportunities – with our customers and within our own company. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
