Job SummaryProvides high level administrative support to the Vice President – Customer Relations, Director – Customer Development, other Customer Relations departments and Business Units.
Duties and Responsibilities Accurately process Customer Relations Purchase Requisitions and invoices, in a timely manner. Code invoices so that costs are accounted for properly, and resolve payment issues, as needed. Aid with procurement/agreement matters, being the liaison between team and procurement. Supporting other Business Units with SAP training/questions. Duties include preparation of documents for DocuSign/mailing, spreadsheets, presentations, and other reports, including those of a confidential nature for the overall Customer Relations team and other Business Units. Liaison for customer complaints that escalate to Executive Leadership Team. Sort mail and handle Fed Ex packages at Denver Office. Provide assistance to the Vice President & Customer Relations team and other Business Units by coordinating various meetings, such as Executive Briefings and Staff Meetings. In addition to events for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team Perform other duties as required, including backup support and assistance to company’s President and Executive Leadership Team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent organization and time-management skills, including calendar and meeting management Exhibit sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions Comprehensive knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to interact at all levels of the organization Education and Experience Bachelors in business administration, communications, or other related concentration preferred At least 5 years Administrative Assistance experience
