A2H is currently seeking an Executive Administrator in our Lakeland, TN office with experience in being responsible for managing a multiple array of duties for the Executive Committee of A2H. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: + Liaison between the Executive Committee and Project Managers and A2H staff. + Preparing agenda, attending, and preparing notes for the Executive Committee Meetings. + Renewal and maintenance of company and individual licensure for A2H. + Planning and coordinating meetings for the Executive Committee and other A2H leadership. + Corporate documentation, development and maintenance. + Provide superior internal and external customer service. + Engaging in employee interactions and continuous development at A2H. + Help with managing ownership and leadership timelines and documentation for the Executive Committee. + Prepare for, coordinate, attend, and extract action items from corporate level Strategic Planning Meetings. + Assist with annual renewals of corporate insurance. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate shall possess the following qualifications: + A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred. + At least five years in a corporate setting providing administrative support to Executives. + Experience with demonstrated ability to communicate in written and verbal context, trustworthy regarding confidential information. + Knowledge of the engineering/architectural /planning business is desirable. + Work collaboratively on a team and maintain a positive outlook. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook Skills. + Must be detail oriented and highly skilled at prioritizing tasks and assignments. + Possess a high standard of professionalism when working with the Executive Committee, employees, clients, and public. + Ability to work non-standard hours of operations if needed for attendance at meetings and events.
