**The Executive Administrator role at ARA is a key position responsible for providing exceptional support to our executives and board of directors. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with advanced technical skills and the ability to work independently while managing a variety of critical tasks. As an integral part of our team, the Executive Administrator ensures seamless operations and contributes to the overall success of the organization.**
+ **What you’ll do as an Executive Administrator**
+ Provide high-level administrative support to executives and board of director members, ensuring seamless operations.
+ Supervise and manage team members, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
+ Key responsibilities include managing all ARA business licenses, maintaining corporate records, administering the Stock Appreciation Rights program in partnership with the finance department, and organizing annual shareholder voting, among other responsibilities.
+ Independently handle complex tasks with precision and minimal supervision.
+ Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
+ Utilize advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills to prepare reports and documents. Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to assist with presentations.
+ Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with excellent organization and time management skills.
+ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ **Executive Administrator Requirements**
+ Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant executive administration experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
+ Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
+ Supervisory experience.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ High attention to detail in all work.
+ · **Executive Administrator Preferences**
+ Associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required with sufficient experience.
+ Familiarity with state business licensing and registrations.
+ Experience with synthetic equity plan administration.
