Supervision and Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and protocols to safeguard personnel, assets, and infrastructure within the Air Cargo Complex.Oversee and manage all security operations, including Access control, Cargo Pass Section, CCTV surveillance systems, vehicle management and security personnel deployment.Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, standards, and guidelines laid down by appropriate authority.Strong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.Proactive and detail-oriented approach to security management.Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilitiesThorough understanding of security risk assessment methodologiesIn-depth knowledge of emergency response protocols and crisis management proceduresEnsure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.Manage and coordinate the work of team members.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Lead- Cargo Security.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of Security Audits, Inspection, Incidents & accidents.Prepare and submit regular reports to Lead- Cargo Security.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement.Implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

 

 

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

GraduateExcellent communication skillsExcellent presentation skills14 Days Basic AVSEC qualified.

Must-have Experiences:

Familiar with Security procedures at Indian Airports. 5 years of experience in Security domain at airport. Certification in AvSec courses such as AvSec Induction, Basic AvSec.Excellent presentation skills and comfortable in public speakingAbility to operate Windows applications, including excel, word processing, email, and PowerPoint.Ability to plan and organize workload, including when working under pressure and tight deadlinesAbility to cope with physical hardship and willingness to work extra hours and in an environment with limited infrastructure; proven resilience to high stress environment.
