BeiGene is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the SVP, Head of Biotech Unit and other department members. The person in this role will need to be an experienced, detailed-oriented problem-solver with exceptional flexibility to coordinate across functions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage the needs of many, be self-motivated, and demonstrates resourcefulness in building relationships across the global BeiGene organization.
Essential Functions of the job:
Provide administrative support to the SVP, Head of Biotech Unit and other department membersManage complex/heavy calendaring, scheduling, expenses and travelUnderstand business priorities and proactively look for ways to streamline the support matrixBuild and maintain key external relationships via the core business’s needsBuild and maintain internal cross-functional relationships across BeiGeneEnsure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentationPartner across the Biotech Unit team globallySchedule and coordinate candidate phone, video, and in-office interviewsProcess purchase requisitions and contractsProvide assistant as needed for assigned departmentEducation Required:
Bachelor degree is a plusQualifications:
