We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer and her teams – Subscriptions, Product Management, Consumer Marketing, Insights, Video, Partnerships and Operations. These groups are at the heart of Bloomberg Media’s growth agenda and need a teammate who can help organize and develop materials for cross-functional meetings and keep calendars on track. WE’LL TRUST YOU TO:Managing the calendar for the Chief Operating officer and book her travel.Support the COO’s direct reports in helping them book large meetings and / or catering for large meetings. Manage business operations such as expenses for COO and select business expenses needed by her team, seating and procurementSolicit and compile submissions to Media-wide communications on behalf of COO’s team.Plan events, such as team meetings, town halls and events (including staff bonding).Work with internal and external partners, including other EAs and the CEO's chief of staff, to assist in achieving business objectivesThink proactively and strategically to get things doneLead coordination and preparation of COO's executive-level and organization-wide meeting presentation materials, working with stakeholders across the business to create appropriate slide decks and documents.
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of executive administrative assistant work experience supporting a senior-level executiveProficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExcellent communication and organization skillsAbility to be a strong team playerInterest in media is a must. Experience in media is helpful.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance work environmentExperience with or ability to learn basic functions on the Bloomberg TerminalExperience navigating large, complex organizationsStrong attention to detail Does this sound like you?Apply! Salary Range = 85000 - 125000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
