Role:
Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Delivery Experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment, with a high level of attention to detail. Executive Assistant will be at the center of the team and will be part of the glue that helps our team operate efficiently, effectively and happily. This role is for you if you are organized, self-motivated, kind and care about the employee experience. This role is for you if you seek a role in which you can strongly contribute, learn, build, and be challenged.
The role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, ability to find solutions to problems, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive efficiency. This is a hands-on role, the ideal candidate must be a self-starter willing to “roll up the sleeves,” think and move fast, dive deep, and get things done. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives is important. A good sense of humor is critical, as is flexibility and the ability to change direction at a moment’s notice. The successful candidate will possess the skills to react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround, be able to take effective action without having to know the complete picture, and proactively solve complex problems.
