Amazon is seeking a multitasking and self-motivated individual to support two Directors in the Hiring Software Delivery (HSD). This exciting role requires attention to detail; the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor.

Key job responsibilities
Ownership of calendar management for 2 Directors. Plan, negotiate, and schedule meetings to accommodate managers and others. Use discretion and judgment to determine priority of meetings.
* Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Complete business expense claims promptly and follow up on reimbursements if necessary.
* Communications (editing, writing, emailing, announcements, reviewing etc).
* Utilize time management and organizational skills to juggle responsibilities and strategize efficiency and priority.
* Organize and maintain information that may be sensitive, confidential or technical in nature.
* Identify opportunities to improve work processes to leverage own and department's workload.
* Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and business partners on key business events and meetings.

he successful candidate must be able to communicate well with a positive team environment and take swift, effective action whilst proactively solving complex problems with little to no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a fast-paced team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization and become the “go-to” person for support activities. Ability to handle confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with Leadership Team Members
