The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions, travel arrangements, expense processing, document management and signing, and event coordination. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile events and functions, both internally and externally. This could range from conferences to team-building events. You will also provide on-site support to ensure all events run smoothly and help ensure Macquarie is represented to the highest standard.
Additionally, your will also support the tax team in administrative and tax reporting related tasks, such as organising and filing tax-related documents and reports, reviewing invoices to ensure alignment with budget, monitoring KYC processes and assisting in the tax compliance process. You will also have:Excellent Solid skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.You will have at least 5 years experience in a similar roleExcellent time management skills and organisational skills will be essential for this role.
