This exciting position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling highly confidential information and professionalism whilst dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company. The successful candidate will require high attention to detail, bias for action, detailed planning and strong organizational and management skills.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate well and be able to take swift, effective action whilst proactively solving complex problems with little or no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within an executive team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization and become the “go-to” person for support activities. This candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization with diplomacy when dealing with sensitive situations.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar, scheduling requests and workback plans
- Provide seamless support to senior leaders using prioritization of business activities
- Travel coordination (both domestic and international)
- Expense reporting
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Drive key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all hands meetings, supply ordering, and cyclical events such as annual planning sessions and performance reviews)
- Create and track key standard operating procedures for administrative processes
- Develop and coordinate organization-wide communications, ensuring they are reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholder teams
- Share highly confidential documents following legal mechanisms
- Manage a small team of dotted-line executive assistants
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
