WHAT TO EXPECT
An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join our team, supporting the Executive Director, Vehicle Programmes. This role is critical to the smooth running of the business and Vehicle Programmes Function alongside the Business Office Senior Manager. This role requires a great level of flexibility and comes with a high level of responsibility.
As the Executive Assistant you’ll have responsibility of the Executive Director’s diary, as well as assisting with Inbox management. This will include prioritising key business activity, liaising with the first line, suppliers, key business stakeholders, management of objectives, management and preparation of paperwork and follow up of actions. Working with the Business Office Senior Manager, the ongoing challenge is to maximise the impact of the Director in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.
