CentraCare is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team in Melrose. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of the team.
Key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant include providing administrative/clerical support by answering phone calls and email correspondence, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking and assisting with project coordination and implementation. The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting with credentialing and updating company policies and procedures as well as being the timekeeping auditor for the nursing department in Melrose. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, as the Executive Assistant will handle sensitive information and documents. The ideal candidate must demonstrate discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Schedule:
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday - Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm No weekends or holidays!Pay and Benefits:

High School Diploma or GED Post-high school secretarial/administrative assistant training or a minimum of one year of previous assistant experience in lieu of training Ability to type 70-90 words per minute Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, scheduling and spreadsheets Excellent oral and written communication skills
