Our client, a philanthropic organization, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Executive Assistant to support their Executive Vice President!

About the Job:

Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.Maintain files, monitor/screen calls, and prepare expense reports.Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.Draft/edit correspondence and documents, work with internal and external contacts.Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.

About You:

8+ years of strong administrative support experience is required.A college degree is preferred; a high school diploma is required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.

About the Position:
