We are seeking a talented individual to join our Europe Legal & Compliance team at Marsh McLennan. This team supports the Marsh & Mercer businesses across multiple countries in Europe providing advice and support on a range of legal, compliance and regulatory matters.
This role will be based in Madrid. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Executive Assistant, you will support leaders, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team and with various stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in managing a range of administrative tasks, e.g., coordinating meetings, facilitating the flow of information, preparation of presentation material.
We will count on you to:
Support diary management for certain team members, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings.Organize logistics for meetings, including bookings and agenda preparation.Assist with the layout and formatting of key documents and presentations.Provide support for internal and external communications, including drafting and editing correspondence.Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.Help coordinate various reporting requests and manage information requests across the team.Maintain central logs of certain matters as required under policies and procedures.What you need to have:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a legal/compliance or corporate environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2). Proficiency in additional European languages (such as Spanish, French or German) is a plus.A proactive approach to problem-solving.What makes you stand out?
