Role: Overall responsibility is to provide secretarial support to Kemin Biologics team in Asia and provide office administration to Kemin Biologics team in Vietnam. 

Responsibilities Provide administrative support for purchasing of air tickets, booking of hotel accommodation & restaurants, visa application etc for Kemin Biologics team in AsiaUpdate appointments and meetings in the calendar, leave and birthday of direct reports and provide timely reminderCoordinate with team members on monthly department meetings Collate submission of monthly and quarterly reports by managers.Process the claims of the Director and review the direct reports’ claims before passing to the Director for approval.Support Sales and Marketing in coordinating internal or customer events regionally including hotel booking, sourcing of gifts, travel booking for speakers etc.Handling basic office tasks e.g. printing of marketing material, creating vendor code, processing vendor invoices etc. Entering data for sales data analysisAll other administrative work as reasonably requested by Director. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant/ Secretary is preferred Experience in handling ERP system will be a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is necessary.  Ability to multi-task, willing and able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously is important attribute.  Self-starter and is able to work with minimum supervision.  Good interpersonal skills & team player with a good command of English.
