About This Role:
Forrester’s Executive Assistant provides support to our chief people officer and chief product officer who lead teams across the globe.

This role:

Serves as a point of contact between the executive and other departments or external parties.Oversees projects, manages timelines, and ensures tasks are completed efficiently.Anticipates potential issues, identifies solutions, and resolves problems in a timely manner.Understands the executive’s goals and priorities and provides proactive support and anticipates needs.

Our ideal candidate has a high degree of independence and responsibility to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. This position requires handling of confidential data and interaction with top executives both within client companies and Forrester.

Job Description:

Calendar management: managing and updating calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.Administrative support: handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing emails, if required.Travel arrangements: booking travel, managing itineraries, and coordinating travel logistics.Project management: overseeing projects, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring deadlines are met.Meeting coordination: preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring smooth meeting execution.Communications: handling internal and external communications, filtering calls, and relaying messages.Expense reports: preparing and submitting expense reports.Event planning: organizing events and special projects.Research and information gathering: gathering information, summarizing data, and providing research support as required.

Job Requirements:

A BS degree is preferred.Five to seven years’ experience as executive assistant or any similar role.Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.Executive-level oral and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential data and dealing with high-level executives.The ability to plan out months in advance and produce high-quality work quickly.A well-organized, detail-oriented professional who effectively handles multiple priorities simultaneously.A proactive, enthusiastic team player who is willing to work in the office three days per week.
