Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Laconia, New Hampshire. This role requires an individual who can provide high-level administrative support to executives while maintaining professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel plans with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Maintain confidential records, files, and databases with accuracy and discretion.
• Foster positive relationships with internal staff, clients, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and external parties to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Assist in the research, analysis, and execution of special projects as directed.
• Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
• Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, reports, and other documents as necessary.
• Support executives in managing multiple priorities and navigating dynamic business needs.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and timekeeping platforms to enhance productivity. Requirements • Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Adept at problem-solving and taking initiative in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across various levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with tools such as ADP, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM systems, and Kronos Timekeeping is a plus. TalentMatch®
