This role supports the work of the organization, working closely with the leadership teams, and supervised by the Associate Executive Director.

+ Confident using a variety of tools for project coordination, document creation, and communication
Rate of pay is $22-25/hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
+ Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned
+ Track key deliverables and follow up on organizational projects
+ Facilitate clear and consistent communication across departments and external stakeholders related to organizational initiatives
+ Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, notes or other documents
+ Conduct timely research and analysis of d ata to support decision making
+ Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
+ Coordinate follow up with leadership staff or board members
+ Assist in the preparation of newsletters, communications, or other documents as assigned.
+ C oordination , trending, and maintenance of org anizational documents including contracts
+ Facilitate organizational performance measurement processes by:
+ Defining and distributing surveys, evaluating results, presenting trends
+ Researching and evaluating program effectiveness
+ Facilitating, measuring and presenting organizational goal achievement
+ Collaborate with program staff to implement and monitor organizational initiatives
+ Engage with organizational stakeholders such as service recipients, their families and external partner agencies to further organizational initiatives
+ Facilitate engagement with families and service recipients, ensuring their voices and lived experiences inform organizational decision makin g
+ Support operations of organizational departments as assigned
+ Develop and facilitate training as assigned
Qualifications
+ Associate's degree or higher preferred
+ Strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
+ Must be able to lift 30lbs
