Executive Assistant
Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED required. + 4+ years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant or Sr Administrative Assistant. + Experience working with global teams and internal/external business partners. + Exceptional Outlook calendar management and scheduling skills. + Exceptional knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and computers/systems. + Highly proficient in invoice/PO processing. + Exceptional knowledge of Zoom, WebEx, Teams, and video conferencing. Job Description The Executive Assistant plays a meaningful role on the team, providing dedicated support to executives and their functions. You will have exposure to high levels of the organization, partnering with other Executive Assistants and external stakeholders as part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Responsibilities + Coordinate and manage schedules for corporate leaders. + Build and prepare correspondence and complex presentations. + Develop databases and spreadsheets. + Coordinate global and domestic travel arrangements, including air, ground transportation, hotels, visas/passports, and meeting coordination. + Prepare expense reports and manage department credit line for purchases. + Apply and implement internal policies and provide training as needed. + Support departmental projects and project manage/event coordinate departmental meetings and events, which may include in-person, virtual, or mixed formats. Work Environment The position requires working onsite from Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential adjustments needed on some days. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
