Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support administrative functions for two senior leaders across sites in Dallas and Coppell. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain exposure to high-level operations in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with outstanding organization skills, strong written & verbal communication capabilities, and high learning agility.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate schedules, including staff and business meetings, ensuring efficient time management and forward-planning for weeks, months, and quarters ahead Assist with booking domestic & international travel, compiling travel itineraries, expense tracking, and reimbursements Serve as a liaison to internal departments and external partners, helping facilitate effective communication and timely follow-up Support the creation and editing of PowerPoint presentations and basic Excel analysis and reporting Participate in ad hoc projects, such as team offsite planning, event support, or communication drafts Assist in organizing team files, documentation, and internal knowledge-sharing resources Maintain awareness of leaders’ schedules and priorities to ensure efficient workflow support; flexibility for responsiveness during evenings & weekends if/when critical Operate with discretion and professionalism; maintaining confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience including 3+ years of supporting executive level or management consultants in an administrative capacity Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail with an ability to anticipate the needs of executives Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment. Preferred experience with leading projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence interfacing with stakeholders across levels Willingness to work from the Sunnyvale Operations Center regularly, with flexibility to travel to Coppell as needed
