Manage business and personal calendars for the CEO and senior executives
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments; anticipate scheduling conflicts and adjust as needed
Draft, edit, and manage communication on behalf of executives
Handle travel arrangements, including booking, itinerary preparation, and expense reporting
Maintain confidential records, organize documents, and track key activities
Oversee administrative processes such as office supply procurement and support staff coordination
Perform administrative tasks including overseeing document lifecycle—drafting, version control, and distribution of executive materials—by implementing digital tools and streamlining workflows.
Monitor communications across channels and prioritize messages appropriately
Act as a liaison to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Assist with company events and project coordination
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
Coordinate with various departments to support day-to-day business operations and ensure alignment on executive priorities
Assist in developing and refining internal policies, workflows, and administrative procedures
Track operational metrics and executive KPIs; prepare summaries and reports for leadership
Liaise with vendors, partners, and government stakeholders to support business operations
Provide support in budgeting, procurement, and resource planning for executive and office functions
Represent the executive office in internal meetings and follow through on assigned action items
