Overview

Provide executive support for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in Acrisure London Wholesale.

Responsibilities

Inbox ManagementFile/action/respond on behalf of the SLT where appropriateFlag items for action where applicableDiary ManagementResponsibility for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate a variety of client, market and internal meetingsGatekeep diary and suggest opportunities to streamline schedulesExpense ManagementFile monthly expense reports using EmburseReview expense reports of direct reports to ensure they are submitted in line with company policyGlobal Travel ManagementExtensive global travel bookings (predominantly US) including flights, hotels, car hire, transfers and any other logisticsEnsure bookings are in line with company policyIdentify and execute all visa requirementsProvide itineraries where requiredBusiness AssistanceCoordinate Team Leader meetings including agendas, minutes, action point.Assist the SLT with the drafting of internal and external communications, including regular Exec meeting prep and reporting, in coordination with Marketing teamEvent PlanningManage both internal and external events for the SLT and wider Acrisure London Wholesale teamCoordinate with wider Acrisure teams and corporate functions on group eventsSuggest opportunities for hosting hospitality/events with clients and marketsBudget management and trackingLiaise with Marketing for Acrisure branded collateral where applicableLine ManagementLine management of Personal Assistant in Acrisure London Wholesale including appraisals, mentoring and development

Previous Experience

Experience supporting SLT/C-suite in an insurance or financial services firmFamiliarity of insurance marketAwareness of regulatory requirementsProject and/or event management experience

 

Work Environment

Full timeHybrid (4 days in office, 1 day at home)Contractual hours 9:30am-5:30pmOccasional flexibility required to suit business need
