Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage complex executive calendars and schedulingCoordinate meeting preparation, agendas, and materialsHandle confidential correspondence and communicationsProcess expense reportsMaintain organized filing and document management systemsPrepare reports, presentations, and executive briefingsCommunication & Liaison
Serve as primary contact between executives and stakeholdersScreen and prioritize all incoming communicationsDraft correspondence, memos, and professional documentsFacilitate cross-departmental communicationHandle client and partner inquiries professionallyCoordinate with external vendors and service providersProject & Event Management
Support strategic initiatives and special projectsCoordinate cross-functional team activitiesPlan and execute executive meetings and eventsManage conference and seminar logisticsOversee office events and team activitiesTravel & Logistics

79,000.00 – 114,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
