As an Executive Assistant, you will support the SVP & GM of Spectrum Networks, based in out Stamford CT HQ. You will provide high-level support to senior leaders by managing schedules, correspondence and special projects, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective communication across the organization. Your expertise will be vital to maintaining efficiency and upholding Spectrum’s professional standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Coordinate executive schedules, travel arrangements and appointments to optimize productivityManage incoming communications, including emails, calls and visitors, while prioritizing key issues for executive attentionPrepare executives for events and engagements by gathering information and assisting with presentations and speechesOrganize and produce complex documents using various office technologies and software applicationsSafeguard confidential information and data while maintaining accurate recordsPlan and execute comprehensive event logistics including attendee coordination, information flow, and on-site arrangementsOversee selected administrative functions and provide support as requested by leadershipWorking Conditions
Office environment with the ability to remain seated for extended periods
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experienceExperience
3+ years of executive administration experience
Skills
