Primary Duties
The Executive Administrator will support the site leadership team for our new state of the art single use multi-product biotech facility in County Meath, Ireland. This facility will manufacture enzyme replacement and antibody-based therapies for Takeda Dunboyne Biologics, the leading global biotech company focussed on rare diseases . Key responsibilities are administrative support to the site lead, SLT key meeting management, and coordination of facility related activities related to workspace, site visitors and training.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the site lead related to calender, travel and expensesKey interface with the project team in delivery of user requirements related to workspace and facilities services including office fit-out, assignment of workspaces and brandingResponsible for meeting planning for site leadership team, organising events and external visitorsResponsible for coordination of communication plan for the siteProvide administrative support to critical projects at the siteResponsible for management of sharepoint site for PiercetownRaising facility related POs including stationary, catering, conferences and donations and maintaining budget controlProvide administrative support to OPEX related to events and visual boardsProvide training administrative support and support induction training for new hiresProvide support for monthly metric reportingPreparing presentations, meeting material and handoutsSpeak up for safety and look out for one another.Support the site leadership team in helping to create and sustain a culture of excellence in safety, quality and continuous improvementOrganise celebration events to to recognise teams and individualsEffective communicatorSupport the site leadership team in helping to create and sustain a culture of excellence in safety, quality and continuous improvementOrganise celebration events to recognise teams and individualsSupport building safety as a value across the site and support EHS programmesIdentify opportunities to improve right first time by simplifying work through the use of automation, standard work, visual management and learning from others internally and externally.Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion Deliver on the annual objectives including all KPIs related to safety, quality, people and productivityRepresent the site internally and externally to promote Takeda Dunboyne Biologics as a great place to work and to support delivery of benchmark site performance.Responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, EHS and all Takeda Dunboyne Biologics policies and procedures which are applicable to the site.Responsible for ensuring compliance to all requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practice Role model the behaviours that creates a culture of respect and dignity in line with Takeda Dunboyne Biologics Guide to ethical conductBe accountable for your own development plan and delivery of annual objectives.Education and Experience Requirements
Level 8 educational qualification is required in Business Management or equivalent.A minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role with at least 3 years supporting a senior leadership teamExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies

Identifying and communicating risks in area of responsibility and across the siteSupport the leadership team in developing risk mitigation plansInternal and External Contacts
Colloborate with the project administrator to ensure smooth transition from project to operationsColloborate with Baggot St administrators to ensure consistent approach across the Takeda Dunboyne Biologics network with global initiatives, celebrations and meetings.Work with Business Excellence team on site to provide administrative support for trainingWork with Facilities Services to provide support and direction on services to be provided to Takeda Dunboyne Biologics in line with global standardsCollaborates with all SLT members to deliver the site objectives.Other Job Requirements
