Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Executive Assistant to support our President for our high growth organization You will be responsible for keeping the executive organized and on track by managing calendars, coordinating team projects, travel/offsites and building strong relationships cross-functionally with key stakeholders in other departments.

Proactively helping the exec manage their time against priorities, ensuring that key relationships are built and timely follow up to critical customers and escalations.
Qualities:
Executive assistant with ~10 years of experience supporting C-level executives at a fast paced enterprise tech organization is an absolute must Complete dedication to success of the executive and can handle a demanding schedule Detail oriented, proactive, can handle complex calendar scheduling, G-suite and Zoom. Comfortable handling sensitive information Proactive, good calendar hygiene and strategic thinking about each meeting on the calendar: Assist with cadence of meetings and preparation needed for them; Cadence with prospective clients and stakeholders; Validation of reason for the meeting Care about and attention to speed and quality Experience in a demanding enterprise tech company Prefer someone who is looking for growth in their career, fire in their belly with a drive to achieve and be the best, growth mindset Fun personality is a plus! Appreciate lightness and someone that finds joy in their work and ability to find humor in the day to day
