The Executive Assistant will be directly reporting to the President and CEO of the organization. She also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach, internal and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. The executive assistant will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Responsibilities Completes a broad variety of executive support administrative tasks for the President & CEO Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team and manages an active calendar of appointments, coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings, prepares an account of the meetings, designates and follows up on assigned action items, completing expense reports, composing and preparing confidential files. Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings. Ensuring detailed coordination of the President and CEO’'s schedule. Communicates directly, and on behalf of the President and CEO, with Board members, staff, and others, on matters related to the President and CEO's initiatives. Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President and CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature and determines appropriate course of action. Ensures coordination and smooth communication between the President and CEO's office and internal departments. Demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. Works closely and effectively with the President and CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Has a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the President and CEO updated. Provides strategic Initiatives and leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the President and CEO Qualifications Bachelor's degree required with strong work tenure of 5- 10+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably from a BPO/Contact Center work environment and industry experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders Expert written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability Must be a highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Must be willing to travel and to work nightshift
