Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced and organized High-Level Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a CEO and his Staff in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant supporting C-level executives. This is a direct hire position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

**This position is going to be fully On-Site in the Downtown DC Area - Remote/Hybrid work will open up but for the first 3-6 months will require to be On-Site a majority of the time to learn the CEO and other Executives**
Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes (notes).Handle confidential correspondence, drafting and editing documents, and distributing communications as needed.Conduct extensive research on external stakeholders, organizations, and industry trends to support the CEO's decision-making process.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and responsive communication.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, coordinating with other departments and team members as needed.Maintain organized filing systems and records, ensuring easy access to information when needed.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills.Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
