Responsibilities Manage the Originators schedule, calendar, and inbox. Manage follow-ups on scheduling sales-related meetings. Update the CRM regarding follow ups, logging meetings and adding contact information. Assist with ad-hoc data cleanup projects. Assist with BD related travel logistics such as coordinating hotel, flight, and restaurant reservations, and scheduling meetings for BD trips and conferences. Assist with expense reports as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous CRM experience is required. 3-8+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat. Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work flexible US Eastern Time Zone hours.
