Role Description:

CoStar Group is hiring an experienced Executive Admin to support our Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel.  This person must be professional in nature, have the ability to exercise complete discretion and timely judgement on matters pertaining to managing the executive’s calendar, travel, expenses and general communication across the company.  They will need to be able to operate independently while also collaborate with individual inside and outside of CoStar Group.  Additionally, they will need to be a master at prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Responsibilities:

Support complex calendar management for the CFO and GC, including prioritization of internal and external meetings and other special projectsHandle all basic administrative functions including reports and other routine tasks such as meeting planning, ordering food, team projects etcDetermine and execute meeting logistics and preparation including: physical setup of meeting space, ensuring communications are adequate and everyone is dialed in, escalate technology concerns when necessary and printing any relevant materials in advance.Coordinate complex international and domestic travel itineraries for CFO and GC including accommodations, ground and air transportation, meals, and expenses.  Effectively communicate all changes to itineraries in a timely manner.Mange and complete expense reports.  Collect and maintain receipts for business meals and purchases. Complete all other projects as assigned, ensure deadlines are met, receive and prioritize simultaneous requests, track and report on completion of assigned or outstanding tasks.    

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or CollegeA track record of commitment to prior employersMinimum of 5 years of experience in a role supporting C-Suite executivesExperience in project management and organizationProven track record of success in fast-paced professional environments, and high-level performance while juggling numerous tasks and prioritiesHigh level of attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Suite

This position offers a base salary range of $105k-$130k, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
