Executive Assistant

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Provides proficient support to Administration:

 

Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly, accurately and tactfully, both verbally and written Proven ability to work with a very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete projects/assignments as required with minimal supervision Complete confidentiality and absolute discretion are mandatory for this position Considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgement when handling sensitive information. A proactive work ethic, a flexible, team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently. Outstanding attention to detail, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software including Meeting Agendas and Supporting Documentations for Leadership team meetings and Board of Directors meetings Operates and maintains various office equipment Provides Administrative Support for corporate matters Ensures the timely preparation & distribution of materials for board meetings. Regularly attends board meetings Coordinates meeting attendance with board members. Maintains corporation files & records; maintains corporate minutes.

Background Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Associate's College degree (preferred). Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment. Health care and/or managed care experience is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with leaders and staff at all levels is required. Computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency is required in order to navigate through internal/external computer systems, MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
