An Executive Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Executive Team. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a face-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. A professional with the ability to work both independently and with a team on projects, from conception to completion, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle competing priorities involving a variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. What you will do…

Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks supporting up to five C-level executives including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief People Officer; managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Executives’ schedule is followed and respected. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Executives’ time.Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines the appropriate course of action, referral or response.Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executives and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior leaders.Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, including assisting in scheduling meetings and taking notes during all meetings.Support in person client meetings and events as needed.Perform any additional duties to support company leadership.

Bachelor's degree requiredStrong work tenure; at least 5 years of experience supporting C-level ExecutivesEfficiency and attention to detailFlexibility, energy, high values and a great can-do attitudeAbility to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities independentlyHigh level of confidentialityAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
